Ordering repeat prescriptions

You can request your repeat medication by the following methods:

• Order through the NHS App
• Order through our online triage tool via Paco
• Email your order to: cmicb-wi.hamilton@nhs.net
• Complete a order form by hand and put your order in to the prescription box in our waiting room
• Use our online form below.
• We do not take prescription requests over the phone.

Please also NAME each item you require.  Do not put ‘all medications’, ‘all repeats’ etc

We will NOT accept orders that don’t specify individual items. This is to ensure not only do you get the correct medication you require, but also saves the NHS in millions a year on unwanted prescriptions being issued.

Repeat Medication requests need to be order at least 48 hours before they are due.  This does not include bank holidays or weekends.
