Who do I see?
Routine appointments
If you need to be seen by a GP, you should first complete an Online Triage via Paco. This will be triaged by a GP who will then contact you and advise whether you need to be seen or if you can be managed over the telephone.
Complete an Online TriageIf you are unable to do this, you can also contact reception from 8am.
When requesting an appointment, our team will ask for details so they can signpost you to the best service for your needs.
The Surgery has ‘on the day’ and ‘pre-bookable’ telephone and face to face GP appointments. We also have many other services available, including First Contact Physiotherapy, Social Prescribers, Practice Nurses, Prescribing Manager, Extended Access appointments plus many more, you will be booked in to the most appropriate.
Urgent Appointments
All Urgent cases will be dealt with on the day by a Clinician either by phone or in person, depending on the nature of the problem.

Home Visits
If you are unable to come to the surgery because of your illness or disability, please ring before 10:00am to ask for a home visit.
You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed. Please bear this in mind and be prepared to provide suitable details to enable the doctor to schedule house calls.
The Doctor will then first ring you and assess your need for a home visit.
