New Patients
We are currently accepting new patients, our practice list is never closed.
To register, you need to complete a registration form (GMS1) and hand this in to reception. You will be given a new patient medical appointment with our practice nurse who will briefly discuss issues such as any ongoing medical conditions you may have, regular medications you may be on, family history, your diet and exercise habits. The nurse will also check your blood pressure, height and weight, smoking status and alcohol intake. This appointment will last no longer than 20 minutes.
Once you have had your new patient medical appointment, your records will be sent to us and you will be a fully registered patient at our practice.
