If you are due for a Cervical Smear test but don’t feel ready to book your appointment, you can defer this for up to 18 months which will postpone any pending invites.

Please complete the simple form below, we will record this on your notes and also notify the National Screening Programme not to send you any invites for the number of  months that you specify below.
