New Telephone System

We are pleased to inform patients that we have a new telephone system.

This has just recently been installed and has many any old and new features that we hope will benefit both patients and staff.

Some of the key telephone features are:

• Call waiting Queue System, which puts the caller in a queue if the line is busy and lets you know what position you are in, so you have the exact up to date live information on how many callers are before you at all times.
• More available lines to dial out and receive calls.
• Call recording facility, all calls will be recorded, this is for patient safety and staff training.
• Increased range of telephone flexibility in both use and features.

Plus many other behind the scenes features which will make the patients and staff telephone experience the highest we can offer.
