Changes to our online booking system

We would like to inform you that due to a change in our clinical system in August 2015, the way that you use our online services has changed.

The web address that you access in order to use online services is now https://patient.emisaccess.co.uk

Your login details will also change so please discard your registration/login details for myvisiononline.co.uk.

By visiting the web address abovem you can register without needing any details from the surgery.

Simply click Register, select “no” (that you have not received a registration letter from the Practice), enter our postcode (CH41 6HB) and click search.  Our surgery will be the top of the search results and selecting this will allow you to then register your online account.

Finally, due to new government legislation, you will now be able to view your core medical record online which includes medication, allergies and immunisations.
