Named GP

You may be aware that from April all practices are required to provide all their patients with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to them.

At Hamilton Medical Centre all patients are registered to Dr Abel Adegoke.

You may of course see any GP in the practice as you currently do and normal booking procedures still apply.  Your named GP will be stated on your prescription.
