Hamilton Medical Centre Open Afternoon – 26th February 1-4pm

We are hosting an open afternoon on Tuesday 26th February 1pm – 4pm here at the practice.

Are you:

Homeless, Lonely, trying to make ends meet, wondering how you are going to afford clothes and food, need social or health advice?

Come and join us for some fresh homemade soup and a roll, food, social advice from local connector services, health advice from our clinical team or just pop in for a chat and a coffee.

This is open to patients and non-patients.
