From 1st September, no more telephone requests…
From 1st September we will no longer be accepting medication/repeat prescription requests via telephone. This is mainly for safety reasons, as drug names are complicated enough to pronounce and can be misheard or misunderstood on the telephone, but also because telephone calls are not always auditable if/when significant events occur.
You will still be able to order at reception, via text message to 07800 001131, via email to wiccg.hamilton@nhs.net or using the Patient Access online system.
