Dr Jayaprakasan is retiring!

Dr Jayaprakasan (Dr Prakash) will be retiring from service on 31st March 2015. Dr Abel Adegoke will be taking over as Senior Partner from this date and this transition will not affect your continuing health care in any way, Dr Abel Adegoke will be your named GP (however you may still book appointments with a GP of your choice if/when available).
