Annual Practice Survey

Over the last few weeks, we have been inviting patients who have been attending their appointments to complete a questionnaire about our Practice, as part of our Annual Practice Survey.

We had roughly 50 responses which we have analysed and translated in to graphs which you can see in the attached document.
